Venus 2025-Queer Section Takeover

We have gotten the opportunity to invite our Queer, S+, Feminist stands to take part in our little section at the Venus Fair. It is a 4 day long event taking part in Berlin from the 25.09.2025-28.09.2025. Sponsors help to make this event affordable for our community. We ask our partners from the Naughty Markets and Qweer Markets to join but be aware this is an event that attracts a certain type of clientele so make sure your products fit with the nature of this fair (sexuality based, erotic and s+). If not, it will make your experience not as lucrative and us look not professional.

The fair needs a change and we are there to start marking that slowly happen since 2024.

80,000 guests will be attending and it is our mission to bring a bit of ethical, queer and feminist twist to the event. We are set with the curated “queer” CSD organised part of the event.

We had the same type of assortment last year but will this time have 11 stands and a corner of the “Queer Area” for us to occupy.

The spots are limited to 11 this year for our section at this price but looking forward to having more say next year. The discount still means the organisers found funding for the rest of the costs of the stand. The money goes directly to the organisers of the event themselves and not to Lusty Ice. We will be there with our booth of course and happy to help out to make this event as comfortable as it can be.

Everyone working with us is going to have a 2×2 meter stand. The booth is with a 2 meter backdrop, no table (bring your own to fit the size), 1 chair and access to electricity (bring extension cables). The both will be located next to the main stage of the room we occupy so the 80k traffic will be intense and the shows will be explicit.

This is what the stand background will look like: DO not expand more than 2 meters in front and make sure your stand does not expand more than 2 meters on the side.

Agreeing to buying a ticket also means agreeing to be there at each hour of the event with at least one person taking care of your stand. Communication about setting up and dismantling will be communicated a week before the event (but expect to have to set up on the morning of the 25.09 and pack up on the night of the 28.09).
