Qweer Winter Market 2024- Exhibitors Booking

Thanks for being interested in our Event. It will take place on Saturday 7th December and Sunday the 8th of December 2024 between 13:00-21:00 at Hotel Berlin Berlin (Lützowpl. 17, 10785 Berlin). It’s a new venue a walk away from Nollendorfplatz in Schöneberg.

It´s donation based entrance (suggested 3€) directly at the door. We will have Food Trucks, Glühwein, 160+ LGBTQI owned stands, Tattoos/teeth-gems/Nails stands and non-stop hourly entertainment (15-21:00).

Tickets below are only for stand holders. The set up will start two hours before our opening time (11:00-12:45). When selecting make sure you have the stand that fits with your business / activity as we will be checking your requirements on the day of the event (non-refundable tickets). Some stands are limited so book in advance.

For reference, the table size is 100 long and 90cm wide at this event (each venue offer different tables and they vary at each event depending on what is available). An artist table is to be around 45cm wide and 100 long. Your racks are expected to be around 45cm wide and 70cm long. All stands come with one chair (more can be arranged at the venue).
